Terms and Conditions

 WHOLESALE TERMS: (Revised Oct. 1, 23) 

• FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $350.00. A shipping fee of $15.00 applies on orders under $349.99.  48 US states only.
• No MOQ (minimum order quantity) With our smaller store retailers, we want to make our products also available to them.
• MAP (minimum advertised price) Retail prices shall be no lower than 30% markup of listed wholesale pricing. 
• Volume pricing is subject to listed prices and quantities.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Any pricing discrepancies must be reported promptly
• Most items are sold individually unless otherwise noted. Items sold by case quantities are noted as such. 
• Terms are due on receipt.
• In the event of back orders, we will ship stock items then ship the back ordered items when back in stock at no additional cost to our customers.
• No returns after 30 days unless defective from manufacturer.
• Missing products from orders must be reported within 30 days of receipt for a replacement or refund. If listed as back ordered we will ship at earliest convenience and does not need to be reported.
• MayKo Products ships to 48 US states only.
• MayKo Products does not pay shipping for client if client arranges logistics. Client must make arrangements with logistics company.
